What is self-serve trash pickup?
It’s a convenient service where we roll your trash bins to the curb for trash pickup day and return them – you don’t have to!
Do I need to be home for service?
Not at all! As long as your trash bins are accessible, our team will take care of it for you.
What days/times do you operate?
You choose your schedule at signup in your account.
Can I request a one-time bulk pickup?
Absolutely! You can request bulk item pickup through our service form or booking calendar.
How do I schedule or cancel a service?
Just log into your account to schedule, reschedule, or cancel a service. You can also contact our team.
What’s the difference between Bulk Trash Removal and Excess Trash Pickup?
Bulk Trash Removal: for single items that won’t fit in your trash bin.
Think: “I need help getting rid of this old recliner.”
Excess Trash Pickup: for extra bagged trash or boxes that exceed your bin’s capacity.
Think: “I’ve got 8 full bags but my bin only holds 4.”
Do you offer services to HOAs or property managers?
Yes. We provide custom packages for HOAs, vacation rental companies, and property managers. Contact us to discuss your community’s needs.
Is trash can cleaning available?
Trash can cleaning will be available soon! We’re working to expand our services — stay tuned for updates.
Can I book recurring services?
Yes. When booking, you’ll have the option to choose one time or recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.). You can change or cancel at any time.
Do you operate on holidays?
We do not operate on major holidays. If your regular service falls on a holiday, contact us to reschedule.
How much notice do I need to schedule a service?
We recommend at least 24 hours' notice for standard services and 48–72 hours for bulk or excess trash pickups. Same-day service may be available for an additional fee.
